How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs inspection.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping fees vary by country. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout after entering your shipping address.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over USD 200 qualify for free worldwide shipping.

Are customs duties or taxes included in the price?

No. Import taxes, duties, and handling fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

How do I track my package?

A tracking number will be sent by email once the order has shipped. Tracking updates may be delayed during customs inspection and in certain regional postal systems.

I entered the wrong address — what should I do?

Contact us immediately.

If the order has not shipped yet, we will update the information.

If the order has already shipped, we cannot modify the address and refunds are not available for failed delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped.

Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Can I exchange or return an item?

International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please check size and product details carefully before placing an order.

What if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video showing the issue.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and issue a refund once the returned product has been received and verified.

Why does the item look slightly different from the photos?

Colors may vary slightly due to monitor/phone display differences.

Threads, wrinkles, and textile variations within normal tolerance do not qualify as defects.

What happens if I don’t pay customs fees or don’t collect the package?

If the package is returned due to unpaid duties or failure to receive it, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Re-delivery may be requested with additional shipping fees.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not at the moment.

When will items be restocked?

Restock dates vary by product and supplier. If an item is unavailable, we cannot guarantee a future restock.
